Prestige Holiday Lettings, formerly Turnkey East Anglia, is pleased to present our portfolio of prestigious self catering holiday accommodation.
Specialising in Beach front properties we have one of the best selections of privately owned holiday homes on Suffolk's Heritage Coast, predominantly in Southwold and Aldeburgh.
Our seaside properties range from a two bedroom sea front cottage to nine bedroom imposing beach front houses sleeping 18 - 20 people.
We have recently added to our selection a superb nine bedroom mansion on a private golf course just outside the historic town of Woodbridge and an atmospheric Jacobean Hall overlooking the stunning Gipping Valley, again with nine bedrooms to accommodate larger parties.

With more than 25 years experience in the holiday and leisure industry our owners attention to detail makes that all important difference. All of our properties have been handpicked for their exceptional location or their uniqueness which will add to your holiday experience; these properties are ideal for family holidays or reunions and are frequently booked for special occasions.
We have an office in the sea side town of Aldeburgh where the local staff will be more than happy to help you not only with bookings and enquiries but also with any further requirements like outside caterers, where to visit, car rental or theatre and restaurant bookings.

Director
Sheila has been involved in the leisure industry for many years and was originally involved in setting up one of the largest independent travel companies in the South East. Sheila has developed the Prestige Holiday Lettings brand and continues to add to the property portfolio of exceptional properties in unique locations. With a wealth of customer service experience and knowledge of the holiday industry Sheila drives the company forward and achieves an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction.
Karen Whatling
Marketing & Property Co-ordinator
Always on the lookout for new and interesting properties to add to the Prestige Holiday Lettings portfolio. Karen is a former residential sales manager with property sales and rental experience in both the UK and Europe. Now working on developing the marketing strategy and revising the Prestige website Karen is preparing for the company’s future expansion.
Wendy Corneby
Office Administration and Bookings Coordinator
Wendy takes care of the day to day office duties as well as the administration for all of our Prestige properties. Being local to Aldeburgh Wendy can advise you on places of interest as well as restaurants, specialist shops and days out for you and your guests. Wendy has in the past run busy administration offices and excels in customer service.
Adele Thompson
Office Administration and Bookings Coordinator
Along with Wendy Adele maintains the office administration and bookings and ensures that everything is running smoothly in our busy Aldeburgh offices. With a background in hotel management Adele has great organisation skills and is an expert in booking coordination. Being a local lady she is well equipped to advise you on places of interest, caterers and local shops and services.
Selena Levemore
Property Agent
Selena ensures that all the Prestige properties are fully equipped and meet the required high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. Selena has been in the leisure industry for many years and has a great eye for detail.
